Summer rock chic, coming through! Nicky Hilton, who seems to be modeling every little item – including this vest – from Matthew Williamson’s H&M collection, looked edgy and fierce in denim cut-offs and amped-up black. Her black Valentino Pintucked Shopper fits right in with her bad girl look, adding a little glam touch. This isn’t my favorite Valentino, but I think Nicky pulls it off perfectly.
