The Versace label has always personified excess and the glamorous life. A recent project spearheaded by Donatella Versace however, has turned that luxury around to help others. In collaboration with the Whitney Museum of Art, the designer created “Art Unites”. The organization donated art supplies to sick children around the world.

The finished artwork, based on the “Friendship” theme were printed on Versace tote bags. Proceeds of the handbags benefit the Starlight Foundation and the One Foundation.
