Rihanna was seen on October 6th with her hands tucked into a glitzy jewel-encrusted Chanel muff at Chanel’s Spring/Summer 2010 RTW Show held at the Grand Palais in Paris, France.

Proving that even twins can’t get in the way of a girl’s fashion urges, mama Sarah Jessica Parker paired fab heels and a pink Chanel purse for an outing with the kiddos. Carrie Bradshaw would certainly approve, and who wouldn’t? That handbag may not fit many diapers, but it’s totally to die for.

Putting her money where her mouth is, Chanel campaign star Lily Allen stepped out toting a handbag from the Coco Cocoon collection which she gets paid to promote. Lily also performed at Chanel’s Paris show during Fashion Week, proving she is one brand-loyal gal. So what do you think of the purse? Do you like the puffier shape, or prefer the sleeker 2.55?

Sorry, girls, but it’s gonna take more than some cherry chapstick to woo Katy Perry these days. The singer is reportedly loved up wih British comedian/notorious man-skank Russell Brand (seen here). Personally, I’d rather spend a wild weekend with Katy’s foxy black Chanel purse, which works nicely with her black and white ensemble. The girl may have dubious taste in men, but she knows a good purse when she sees it.

So much for something old, something new, something borrowed and something blue. On the eve of her wedding to Lamar Odom, reality starlet Khloe Kardashian opted for something Chanel - namely, a fetching black quilted handbag with the double C logo nice and prominent. Hey, 50% of marriages may end in divorce, but you can always count on Chanel in sickness and in health.

Say what you want about Lily Allen, but at least the singer knows where her bread is buttered. The Chanel handbag campaign star gave the fashion house some free publicity by toting around a lovely black Chanel purse at a recent event. Her outfit is a little low-key and lackluster, but a great Chanel bag compensates for that.

Ah, young love. “Gossip Girl” co-stars and real-life couple Blake Lively and Penn Badgley booked some TLC time in New York City. But not content to pal around with one hot commodity, Blake doubled her fun by bringing her black Chanel purse along (smart girl!). The bag, the boy, the dress…it’s all so covetable. Must be nice!

Let’s see: black lace, sparkly leggings, a sequinned blazer, and a leopard-print scarf. Well, at least Lily Allen’s blue quilted Chanel handbag is classic. The Chanel campaign star hit the cricket matches in a typically unconventional look, but she knows where her bread is buttered. And I love that spring-esque blue shade – even if it doesn’t go with the rest of her look.

No, that’s not a French maid. Or a pilgrim. Or Colonel Sanders in drag. It’s just that kooky Kirsten Dunst with Opening Ceremony co-founder Humberto Leon celebrating the launch of Opening Ceremony Tokyo. The less said about that icky dress the better, but you can’t go wrong with a classic black Chanel 2.55 purse. Still, I think it’ll take more than a great handbag to make me forgive that frock.
