After being lashed out at by animal activist group, PETA, for carrying a Chloe Python Paraty bag, actress, Reese Witherspoon, decided to permanently part ways with the controversial snake skin bag after PETA informed her of the cruel methods of the exotic skin industry.

Witherspoon who is recognized as America’s sweetheart for her iconic movie roles and overall kind positive image, caused a major uproar with PETA when photographs surfaced of her carrying the Chloe python bag on Tuesday.

PETA quickly called out the actress on her offense especially since the sale of python is illegal in California.

PETA took their actions a step further by sending the actress a video exposé on the exotic skin industry that revealed how snakes and other reptiles are sometime skinned alive and suffer slow, painful deaths for the use of fashion.

Witherspoon informed PETA that she plans to say goodbye to the Chloe python bag for good, which made the organization happy.

PETA’s senior vice president Lisa Lange wasn’t surprised by Witherspoon’s decision and said, “We’ve long known Reese to be a kind person, so we’re pleased and not surprised that she is hanging up her python bag for good.”

Nicole Richie celebrated her 30th birthday on Wednesday (September 21) in West Hollywood.

Planting a garden filled with mint, kale, basil, and salvia isn’t the only way Gwyneth Paltrow is getting ready for the warmer weather.

In the 38-year-old star’s latest post on her healthy-living website GOOP.com, she shares her spring fashion picks.

But dressing like the actress, author and lifestyle guru is going to cost you: $18,301 to be exact.

Paltrow, who is known for her super chic style, teamed up with luxury online retailer Net-a-Porter to put together six outfit concepts revolving around key wardrobe “basics” including a $785 Stella McCartney jersey tank dress, a $1840 Chloe silk jacket, and a $90 Kain T-shirt. The least expensive item is a Splendid cotton tank for $44.
The svelte star, who poses in each look (including a bikini), calls her sartorial picks “great pieces which are versatile enough to wear to the office and during your summer leisure time.”

This is all great but Gwyneth forgot to give her readers an alternative in pricing and now they are asking for it. If she can team up with net-a-porter.com I’m sure she could do the same with more affordable brands like COACH… especially since she’s their New Brand Ambassador! Most of us can spend $300 on a new bag but $3000 could make some people lose sleep at night… just saying.

Reese Witherspoon is back in Brentwood, having just returned from a lowkey honeymoon with her family.

The recently married actress looked cute and casual in a loose-fitting denim dress, Chloé Cork Wedges and a Chloé Marcie Braided Hobo.

You can expect to see a lot of Reese over the next several weeks as she makes the final promotional push behind her upcoming romance flick “Water for Elephants” co-starring Robert Pattinson.

When I first saw these pictures of songstress Sheryl Crow, I couldn’t believe me eyes: a Chloe Edith Bag in the much-coveted whiskey colorway! I remember when this bag came out, several years before I was a Handbag Professional of sorts, and I wanted one so badly that I could almost taste it. I was but a poor college student in those days, so I never did get one, but Ms. Crow was kind enough to come along randomly today and remind me how lovely they were. I don’t think I’ve ever liked a brown bag so much in my life.

It looks as though Sheryl likes hers quite a bit too, since not only did she dig a bag that’s probably at least a solid four years old from the depths of her closet, but she’s also carrying a Coach Tote in almost the exact same shade. I’m not sure what the name of this particular bag is and Coach no longer has it on their website, so I’m guessing it’s an older model. Based on the contents of her enormous luggage cart, it also looks like Sheryl’s traveling with a few Louis Vuitton Monogram Suitcases.

Joey Potter gone couture, it seems that she just hasn’t clicked in her fashion sea legs except has the budget to keep trying. Fair enough though, not everyone have a natural style, but what Mrs. Cruise lacks in style makes up for her taste in fantastic bags. Here we have her wrestling with her Suri to get her to do something (as all moms have to do with their toddlers), but wearing the Chloe’ Marcie Top Handle bag which for most of us plebs, has been sold out for quite some time.
