Hilary Duff rocked an oversized, off-the-shoulder camel sweater with her beloved black Givenchy Nightingale handbag while shopping at Barney’s New York in Beverly Hills… and I have to say, she looks amazing. The star has really started to come into her own lately, no doubt thanks to her role on “Gossip Girl.” Now if Santa would just bring me a Givenchy purse of my own…

Kim Kardashian took a trip to Barnes & Nobles (possbily to buy some baby books for her future niece/nephew) with sister Kourtney. While her jeans are a little over the top–they look like bleach was accidentally spilled on them, her bag is rather simple. I can’t really complain though because she looks pretty darn good for feeling under the weather. (Luckily, she is swine free.) Kim is carrying a Givenchy Large Elschia Sac. It has a hefty price tag of $1975 considering the only detail it has is the side zippers.

Sure, she doesn’t look great, but why go to the effort of doing your hair and makeup if they’re going to immediately redo it as soon as you get to work? At least she chose a great bag: the Givenchy Sacca Tote has long been one of my favorites, and Givenchy has been extremely popular recently with fashionistas in the know. It’s one of those brands that’s only recognizable to other fashion people, and sometimes that’s exactly what you want. If you’re a snob.

Yesterday, Hilary Duff made her way over to Ken Paves Hair Salon in West Hollywood with her Givenchy Nightingale Handbag where she fed the parking meter and spent three hours getting beautified.  Unfortunately, Hil came back from the salon to find that she’d been given a parking ticket!

Whoops!  But hey, at least her hair looks great!

We’ve got another young starlet carrying Givenchy. This time it’s Hilary Duff, and she’s carrying a recent favorite, the Givenchy Maxi Nightengale Tote.

Does anyone else get the feeling that Givenchy is about to blow the heck up? Their recent Paris haute couture show was extremely well-received, and with all kinds of young trendsetters (we’ve seen this same bag on The Tiz and Vanessa Hudgens in the span of less than a week) carrying their iconic leather bags, it seems like they’re one big It Bag away from being the brand that everyone’s talking about and all the mall stores are ripping off

Wowza! Rachel McAdams seems to be channeling Audrey Hepburn in this beautiful nued-hued frock paired with a white caridgan and a lovely Givenchy Medium Eclipse Hobo. It’s a stunning look, but one that I probably wouldn’t have immediately paired together, considering the bulk of that light brown cut leather hobo. But together, it works. Note to self: Must try at home.

Zac Efron may be the High School Musical alum with the hit movie and “Saturday Night Live” hosting honors, but Ashley Tisdale may have scored a better deal, since she’s the one who seems to have been paid in fabulous designer handbags. We’ve seen her with Louis Vuitton, we’ve seen her with Fendi, and now the starlet is getting up close and personal with this flesh-toned Givenchy Nightingale. It’s a luxe handbag with loads of versatility, making it a sound investment. I also love Ashley’s summery yellow stripes and jean cut-offs – casual but cute.
