Keeping comfy in sweats, Ashley Tisdale and boyfriend Scott Speer head out of Paty’s Restaurant after having an early lunch in Toluca Lake, Calif. yesterday afternoon (November 27).

Ashley may appear to be dressed down for the occasion but she’s carrying a Yves Saint Laurent Muse Handbag with a Louis Vuitton Monogram Vernis Key And Change Holder and wearing Ugg Australia Sundance II Boots In Chestnut and a pair of Gucci 1827 Sunglasses.

Brothers Guccio and Alessandro Gucci whose great grandfather was the founder of Gucci, are launching their own line of handbags come next spring called “To Be G”.

But they want everyone to know that the brothers Gucci have their own vision and they “are not doing this because our name is Gucci, nor do we want to try and replicate what the Gucci brand is doing.”

We have a hard time believing they’d be trying to do this if they weren’t associated the infamous family. And we’re guessing Guccio’s 12 year work history with the brand coordinating development of product and research of hides didn’t hurt either.

The bags, which sport a lily motif, will be sold for $821 -$8,958 for the totes that are made out of crocodile. And the Gucci brothers are expecting to make bank on their new handbags. They predict revenues over $1 million.

Hope their predictions are right!

Mommy duty doesn’t seem to have affected Salma Hayek’s style – she looks glam and oh so coordinated in a red and black ensemble (check out that leather skirt!) accented by a cherry-red Gucci New Jackie handbag. The New Jackie is Gucci’s reigning celeb-loved status bag right now, so who can blame Salma for wanting in on the action? Hopefully daughter Valentina is taking notes for later.

They’re baaaaaack. Angelina Jolie and son Maddox flew home to LA after a humanitarian trip to Iraq, and they brought Angelina’s Gucci Guccissima handbag along for the ride. The black bag is a smart carry-on choice: roomy, versatile, and still chic as hell. Plus, it comes in black, which, judging by this photo, seems to be Angie’s favorite color. Now if I just knew what little Maddox was carrying…

Hmm, I know what you did last summer, indeed. Expectant parents Freddie Prinze, Jr. and Sarah Michelle Gellar look cute as can be as they step out to run some errands. Sarah’s got her hands on a classic Gucci monogram purse, which complements her outfit (and I love that little flash of green and red). That baby is off to a good start!

Oh, that Sacha Baron Cohen and his radical fashion choices. As Bruno, Cohen’s given us teeny-tiny booty shorts, naked body suits, peekaboo thongs, and a bull costume, so this get-up accented by a Gucci messenger bag is actually pretty tame by comparison. Messenger bags aren’t really my thing, but I dig that classic green and red strap. And it matches his skintight leather trousers oh so well, don’t you think?

What’s the best way to bounce back after being dumped? Don’t get mad…get Gucci. Lindsay Lohan licked her wounds after what is rumored to be yet another breakup with DJ Samantha Ronson by stepping out with her new arm candy – a Gucci Irina Tote. Lindsay already has another Irina, but this version has a more folksy twist, thanks to its black suede body and embroidered details. Not my favorite Gucci, but the look works. Hang in there, girl.

The buzz in London is that Lindsay Lohan has reunited with on-off lover Samantha Ronson. The buzz on PursePage, however, is how this supposedly cash-strapped starlet managed to get her freckled paws on not only the Chloe Paraty in blue, but a white, heart-detailed Gucci Irina Tote as well. The problem with carrying two fancy designer purses (and yes, there is a problem, believe it or not) is that they sometimes cancel each other out, as is the case here. Though neither really works with Lindsay’s black and turquoise ensemble, putting the two of them together just looks haphazard and unfinished. Pick a bag, girl.
