Spring is here, and Jessica Simpson’s cute outfit couldn’t be more appropriate for the season. Okay, so the butterfly dress (shirt?) is a tad short, but the denim shirt is right on trend and I love her fresh, white Derek Lam Blanche Bucket Bag. I’m so ready to give my winter black and brown handbags a rest and this creamy cutie is certainly inspiring!

Everyone beware. If you mess with Ashlee Simpson get ready to take sister, Jessica Simpson’s wrath. Some of you might have heard that Ashlee was recently dropped from the new Melrose Place. As soon as that happened Jessica went a twittering all about how pissed she was. I love to see that family loyalty, but I was a little bit shocked. Usually Jessica tries to keep quiet, but not this time. It looks like she comes from the school of “mess with my family, mess with me”. Actually, I can appreciate that.

Well, it looks like Ashlee is bouncing back. Or at least she knows how to put on a smile when it is needed. Here, Ashlee was seen house hunting in LA. I wonder if her family has outgrown their current digs and are looking to upgrade. Ohhhh – any chance she could be looking to have another baby anytime soon? Alright, enough speculating. No matter what may or may not be going on, her look isn’t too shabby. Skinny jeans, slouchy boots, loose fitting tops, a scarf and a large Chanel Tote.

If Jessica Simpson looks a little down, it’s because she has good reason to be, given the loss of her beloved pooch Daisy. Still, that didn’t stop Jessica from flying out to London with her Marni handbag in tow. The roomy black purse looks nice with her strapless dress, and is the perfect size for travel.

Last time we saw Jessica Simpson carrying a Louis Vuitton handbag, she was wearing sweats. This time, the newly single starlet got it right, pairing her monogram purse with a summery floral frock on a recent night out. Okay, so the clashing prints are a bit of a hiccup, but it’s good to see Jessica smiling again. Nothing like a little Louis Vuitton to perk a girl up!

It hasn’t been a good month for Jessica Simpson, what with her breakup with Tony Romo and all. But that’s not going to stop the girl from getting back out there and exorcising (and exercising) some demons at the gym. Normally I’m not a fun of the giant designer purse look at the gym, but I do have a soft spot for Louis Vuitton, so I’ll let this lovely monogram bag slide. Just don’t let it get sweaty, Jess!

Hmmm…a bright orange floral-print tunic (so short, by the way) and a leaf-adorned Alexander McQueen update of the Flapper Satchel? I’m detecting a definite Mother Earth theme going on here. Jessica Simpson has certainly assembled a season-appropriate ensemble for summer, one that’s breezy, feminine, and seriously going to get her in trouble if she bends over. Still, I’m not that crazy about the handbag – I prefer the original, non-leafy Flapper. What do you think?

Make way, people! Diva coming through! With those giant black shades, glitzy gold jacket, and large Chanel black leather tote, Jessica Simpson looks every inch a Hollywood starlet. Jessica has had this tote for a while, but it still looks fresh and on trend – Chanel is always in style. And you just know that the Louis Vuitton case in the background is Jess’s too – lucky duck.

For someone who designs handbags, Jessica Simpson sure does spend a lot of money carrying other people’s couture creations. (Not that I blame her.) Already a well-known fan of Louis Vuitton and Roberto Cavalli, Jessica has now moved on to Dior, relying on a hot pink Lady Dior Woven Shopper to jazz up her low-key outfit of jeans and a gray shawl. The outfit is nothing to write about (and yet…), but I love that delicious shot of pink. It really pulls everything together and makes what could have been just a last-minute, thrown-together ensemble a an actual LOOK. Nice work, girl.
