Ashley Benson of Pretty Little Liars and Spring Breakers was spotted at a seasonal music festival carrying this Alice + Olivia tote. Funny thing is, Dianna Agron of Glee was spotted with the same bag in inverted colors – white with a black trim instead of black with a white trim. Tom Cruise’s ex Katie Holmes has also been spotted with this bag as well as big A-lister Gwyneth Paltrow.
This is one of those types of handbags which isn’t instantly recognizable like the Chanel, Celine or Hermes lines but it is definitely popular among the Hollywood crowd because of its stylish look. Sometimes you just need a bag that leaves people wondering how exclusive it is or who the designer is. The only way to leave people hungry to know more is with a bag that looks fancy but isn’t so famous that every Kardashian has one in every color!
When we first saw Dianna Agron playing one of the “Cheerios”, aka cheerleaders on Glee, we thought she was just another cookie cutter Britney Spears-esque blonde. Turns out she’s got a lot more going on and her personal style is more indie than homecoming queen. The Daily Mail called her outfit frumpy but that’s probably because they prefer the run of the mill TOWIE and Made in Chelsea fare celebs like Tulisa and Cheryl Cole wear.
What they don’t know is this is more in line with California chic – comfortable and casual. Contrary to popular belief, Angelenos (aka L.A. dwellers) don’t all dress like either hippies or harlots as the series Californication would like you to believe. However, Dianna’s down to earth look is still label conscious because her cute black and white tote is by Alice + Olivia. Other fans of this bag are Goop queen and perpetually platinum blonde Gwyneth Paltrow and former Mrs. Tom Cruise, Katie Holmes. This back is also available in reverse colors – more black than white.
As revealed back in early January, Katie Holmes is the new face of Ann Taylor, replacing Heidi Klum for their Spring/Summer 2011 campaign. Some new campaign images have been revealed and seriously they are just glamboyantly beautiful. Newest recruit Katie was photographed by Tom Munro and as Ann Taylor stated on their facebook page yesterday they’ve loved all their ambassadors so far:

Katie Holmes wasn’t just showing off her Holmes & Yang collection yesterday at Barneys New York — she also revealed two handbags! In collaboration with Valextra, Katie enlisted the help of her stylist and design partner Jeanne Yang on her latest venture.
Two calfskin bags are set to hit stores in July with a retail price of $3,950 each. They will be sold at Barneys in white, navy blue or shiny black and feature multiple interior pockets.
She continues to expand her fashion resume but are you really that excited to see bags in this price range by Katie Holmes?

Katie Holmes sure looked like she was feeling a bit chilly last Sunday! Accompanied by her hubby (Tom Cruise) and daughter (Suri), the 32 year old actress was enjoying a night out in New York City. Her look for the evening was casual, yet chic carrying A lesser known style from the beloved designer, the Balenciaga Matelasse.
Katie Holmes was spotted picking strawberries with Suri in Toronto carrying the Louis Vuitton Pre-Fall 2010 Aviator bag. This bag has been seen on many celebrities in recent weeks and will be available to the public soon… that is if you have an extra $3,270 to spend on one handbag.
