Kim Kardashian is doing what she became known for, shopping. She was spotted in Beverly Hills doing some Christmas shopping. I was initially wondering if Kim was shopping for herself or her nephew, Koutney Kardashian’s brand new son. Turns out, Kim carried one of her favorite handbags, a black Hermes Birkin as she picked up a pair of Christian Louboutin boots. I don’t know which I like more, her handbag or her boots.

Kim Kardashian took a trip to Barnes & Nobles (possbily to buy some baby books for her future niece/nephew) with sister Kourtney. While her jeans are a little over the top–they look like bleach was accidentally spilled on them, her bag is rather simple. I can’t really complain though because she looks pretty darn good for feeling under the weather. (Luckily, she is swine free.) Kim is carrying a Givenchy Large Elschia Sac. It has a hefty price tag of $1975 considering the only detail it has is the side zippers.

Out in Santa Monica with the family for the day, Kim Kardashian looked fierce in her studded boots (love!), leggings, shapely blazer and chic layered necklace. The standout (besides that amazing hair) is one of her favorites, the Chloe Shelby Shopper. This gloriously roomy leather handbag is sturdy and stylish, with a corporate sort of attitude that suits the entire ensemble perfectly. It’s all very relaxed-meets-polished – and I wouldn’t expect anything less from Ms. K.

Kim’s black skin-tight leggings, cool and relaxed white t-shirt, amazing jacket and boots all work so well together. And her accessories, you can’t neglect her great sunnies and fabulous Balenciaga City Bag. It appears that she is wearing the same Turbo Boots by Chinese Laundry, sister Kourtney Kardashian wore not too long ago. I would think as sisters they might share, but I doubt they do. I mean, I know they both have plenty of cash to afford their own pairs.

My favorite Kardashian looks stellar as usual with her long blonde(ish) locks, pretty black frock, and covetable black Balenciaga purse. And look – she even stops to sign autographs! Though I’m a teensy bit burnt-out on the Balenciaga, I defy anyone to find fault with this look. It’s sexy, it’s trendy, and it’s flawless.

Kim Kardashian has been seen out and about with her black patent YSL Muse II as her workhorse bag for the past few weeks. She’s been hitting the gym and making it very clear to the public that she’s working to lose weight. Personally, I think Kim has gotten a little too thin, but she does look fabulous, so no major complaints. She is in workout gear a lot these days, and how else to glam up a plain black tank and spandex pants than with YSL?

It’s the always-stylish Kim Kardashian, and she’s hit town with yet another great outfit and of course, another awesome bag. Who knew white, yellow, brown, and grey would look so great together. Apparently, Miss Kim did, and the pieces were hot enough to wear on a cool New York City day. So her hair, makeup, and sunny yellow skirt look awesome, but check out her designer bag, pick of the day. Yves Saint Laurent’s calfskin Calypso Large Bag in grey apparently made the cut. Just like Kim is portraying, the large Calypso appears to be the perfect tote for a day out in town or to hit the shops in fashion city, NYC. Wear the muted neutral with dark colors alike, or with fun bold pieces for an extra chic look.

There are some celebrities that look amazingly put together whenever they step outside, carrying off any style with elegance and grace. And then … there are those celebrities that don’t!

Instead of focusing on the red carpet events, I chose to pick the celebrities as they go casual. Because then you can’t really blame their stylist!

Here are my top five worst dressed celebrities:

Kim Kardashian recently found herself on the Grammy Awards worst dressed list, but I think Kim fails when it comes to casual wear as well. She and Kourtney were spotted getting their nails done in Beverly Hills earlier this year and Kim’s shirt didn’t quite cover her leggings. She has to keep pulling it down, and I don’t even want to know what the view from behind looked like! Maybe the outfit looks better with those boots she’s carrying, but somehow I doubt it.

Amy Winehouse is always a train wreck, so it’s no surprise that her wardrobe leaves us cringing! What can I say about this particular outfit, other than it looks like she yanked most of the items from a poor, unsuspecting, homeless person. And her headwear keeps reminding me of I Love Lucy. The only thing she has going for her are those brand new ballet slippers that she picked up that very day, and they’re already starting to look trashed.

Courtney Love is another one of those celebs who finds herself on every worst dressed list imaginable! Whether she’s heading to the red carpet or headed to the store, Courtney just can’t seem to get it right. Perhaps that’s what we love about her? I happen to particularly love this ensemble. The purple crown makes me think she’s headed off to Chuck E. Cheese!

Mary Kate Olsen can be oh-so-adorable when she wants to be. But she only gets it right about half of the time! I’m not sure what is up with this dress, but she lost her neck. I think she forgot the shoulder pads went down with the 80s – and these ones look like they belong on a football player.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted leaving Samantha Ronson’s house earlier this year in an outfit that makes me cringe! Lindsay has also made her fair share of worst dressed lists, and I have to admit to being sick of seeing her in black leggings and baggy shirts. And honestly – that jean vest has to go! I realize the 80s are coming back in style, but this is about as unflattering as it gets.
