It’s been a rough year (years?) for Lindsay Lohan; the only place she’s had to dress up for has been the courtroom.

But now that Lindsay is putting the past behind her, she’s seemingly trying to revamp her acting career (by playing Elizabeth Taylor!) and her modeling career (by going naked, natch).

But Linds has kept her clothes on for a few gigs: she landed a Jag Jeans campaign recently, and in these new ads for German designer Philipp Plein, she shows off a highbrow side that we haven’t seen in quite some time.

Lindsay first announced she was starring in the ads back in the fall, before she jetted off to Milan for Fashion Week to pose for the shoot. Back then, Lindsay and Plein were also rumored to be romantically involved.

But no matter how things ended, Plein praised Lindsay’s joie de vivre earlier this year, stating:

“Lindsay is a beautiful, highly acclaimed actress and model. We will be able to create unique images: Refined and luxurious, but also full of sensuality.”

And surprisingly, we agree, because we’re kind of loving the spots. Even though she does flash some leg, it’s fab to see Lindsay done up in classy couture — and it’s a total 180 from those other ads she recently posed for.

For her final appearance in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner Lindsay showed up in a Prada sweater, Celine pants, Versace shoes and a leopard print Christian Dior bag.

Lindsay Lohan sashayed her way into court yesterday carrying a red Chanel bag over her shoulder and  wearing a “please forgive me” vintage Fendi dress, a pair of “don’t send me to jail” Giuseppe Zanotti shoes with “good girl” Linda Farrow glasses.

Lindsay was sentenced to 30 days in the Los Angeles County Jail but, according to a more recent report, she will be in and out of jail within minutes.

Lindsay Lohan was photographed Tuesday night at The Lipp Brasserie in Paris, France by infamous fashion photographer Terry Richardson.

After hanging out with Jared Leto, the photographer had a mini photo shoot with Lindsay Lohan at Brasserie Lipp.

Terry, Lindsay and company wined and dined as they celebrated the end of Paris Fashion Week and Terry’s exhibition of photographs at Colette.

The 25-year-old actress was revealed as the new face of the brand the day before at a press conference during Milan Fashion Week.

On a recent visit to the Big Apple, Lindsay Lohan was all smiles as she stepped out of her downtown New York City hotel. Lindsay was wearing short ripped denim Levi’s a white lacy top and platform heels by Vera Wang.

She topped off her look with sunglasses by InA and carried her 35 CM Blue Jean Birkin Bag with Palladium Hardware.

Lindsay Lohan was spotted at New York’s JFK International Airport on April 6 carrying her orange Hermès Birkin and wearing a black scarf by Chanel.

It looks like things are getting better for Lindsay, she is currently in negotiations to play Victoria Gotti in a new movie about the Gotti family “Gotti: Three Generations”.

TMZ is reporting that producers were considering both Blake and Sienna for the role — but John Gotti’s famously blonde daughter wasn’t having it, insisting Lindsay get the role instead … and producers loved the idea.

She hasn’t had much luck in the movie realm as of late, so Lindsay Lohan is focusing her efforts on designing a new handbag line.

Lindsay has reportedly struck a deal with the Ed Hardy label to conceptualize a collection of purses to be released later this year.

An inside source revealed, “Lindsay and the design team at Ed Hardy have mutual friends, and they knew she was interested in looking for a handbag license and partner. They thought she’d be a good fit and so did she.”

“Lindsay is very directly involved with the project, and she’s always pulling things online and from magazines for ideas.”
