The birthday girl was spotted outside the May Fair hotel the day before her party carrying a Chanel Classic Flap bag. Rochelle is wearing a Burberry Prorsum Leather and Gabardine jacket with a Louis Vuitton scarf and Christian Louboutin Viva Boom Espadrilles.

Kate Moss makes a surprise appearance on the catwalk at the Louis Vuitton Ready-to-Wear Fall/Winter 2011 show at the Carre du Louvre during Paris Fahion Week.

Kate Moss stormed down the catwalk in black shorts and laced-up boots at the Louis Vuitton show in Paris, with one distinctive accessory: a lit cigarette. She made quite the statement–for national anti-smoking day.

The show, which Marc Jacobs said aimed to reflect woman’s freedom of expression, has led to a controversy that’s more about politics than handbags. Her rebellion follows the U.K.’s plans to introduce plain packaged cigarettes hidden from display. Though it might just have been Kate’s successful attempt to steal the limelight.

Forget about Hermes for a minute. LVMH just a bought a company whose family actually wanted to sell.

The French conglomerate has acquired a 51% stake in Bulgari SpA, whose founding family owned a majority of the firm’s shares up until yesterday. That stake translates to about $3.4 billion. While this gives the family less control over what happens at the company, they have gained two seats on the LVMH board of directors. What’s more, Bulgari’s CEO, Francesco Trapani, will take over management of LVMH‘s entire jewelry and watch division in the second half of 2011.

“The alliance between my Group and the Bulgari Family is a perfect combination from all points of view as we share the same culture in terms of respect for identity and roots of the brands, quest for excellence, creativity and innovation,” said LVMH head Bernard Arnault in a statement. “As is the case with LVMH, the Bulgari Family shareholders are directly involved in managing the company, they are entrepreneurs that know and excel in all aspects of the business, from the creation of the product to after sales service. It is for these reasons that we immediately understood each other and agreed on the way we would work together. I am certain that our partnership will be greatly beneficial to Bulgari as well as to the LVMH Group.”

Arriving in the Big Apple for the weekend ahead, Audrina Patridge was spotted toting her Louis Vuitton luggage down the street on Friday (February 18).

The reality TV starlet looked cute in boots, green pants and a white top as she politely smiled for the on-hand photogs.

Keeping her fans up-to-date, Audrina tweeted shortly after arrival, “Back in NYC!!! Deciding which broadway show to go see…. Suggestions??…” Just last weekend, Patridge hosted a party at the Harrah’s in Atlantic City.
