Kylie Minogue’s certainly come a long way from those skirt/bike short combos she wore (and I begged my mom to buy) in the ‘0s. The Australian mega-star fopted a more grown-up navy and white polka-dot frock and a hat with a matching band, plus one divine complementary Yves Saint Laurent Downtown Tote. Though the hat is a bit overkill for me (anyone else picturing Julia Roberts doing the Arsenio fist pump at the Beverly Hills polo match?), Kylie’s assembled a nice, ladylike ensemble. I’d steal that purse in a heartbeat (hypothetically speaking, of course).

Damn, it must feel good to be a style gangsta. The always perfectly decked-out Dita Von Teese wowed once again in her peep-toe Louboutins, retro-styled snakeskin trench (so Audrey!), and a delicious Yves Saint Laurent Obi handbag. To. Die. For. I love the purse’s stone color – a nice, soft neutral for the warmer months – and elephant ear-esque bow flaps. I would literally wear this outfit as is. Care to share, my dear?

Kim Kardashian has been seen out and about with her black patent YSL Muse II as her workhorse bag for the past few weeks. She’s been hitting the gym and making it very clear to the public that she’s working to lose weight. Personally, I think Kim has gotten a little too thin, but she does look fabulous, so no major complaints. She is in workout gear a lot these days, and how else to glam up a plain black tank and spandex pants than with YSL?

It’s not just corporate America that’s downsizing – stars are too! Take Demi Moore, who stepped out with her tres petite and tres adorable Yves Saint Laurent Mini Downtown Tote. I love the original Downtown, and could see how a smaller bite-sized patent version would be convenient, but I think when all is said and done, I’d rather have the big one. What do you think? Does size matter? Is the mini version too “little girl”? Or can Demi have her Ashton and her tiny handbag too?

I love a good Kylie Minogue sighting, and this latest batch of photos doesn’t disappoint. The Aussie superstar looks chic (as usual) in her summery white frock and nude heels, all accented nicely by her mini-sized Yves Saint Laurent Downtown purse in a brushed gold. It’s all very goddess glam, and I think she looks fantastic. I’ve never been a huge fan of miniature handbags, but I guess when you’re as tiny as Kylie, that’s the only option.

It’s the always-stylish Kim Kardashian, and she’s hit town with yet another great outfit and of course, another awesome bag. Who knew white, yellow, brown, and grey would look so great together. Apparently, Miss Kim did, and the pieces were hot enough to wear on a cool New York City day. So her hair, makeup, and sunny yellow skirt look awesome, but check out her designer bag, pick of the day. Yves Saint Laurent’s calfskin Calypso Large Bag in grey apparently made the cut. Just like Kim is portraying, the large Calypso appears to be the perfect tote for a day out in town or to hit the shops in fashion city, NYC. Wear the muted neutral with dark colors alike, or with fun bold pieces for an extra chic look.
